CNC Turning
CNC Turning – perfection in every detail
In metal machining, accuracy and repeatability are everything. Our CNC turning ensures parts that fit perfectly — whether it’s a single prototype or a full production run.
We operate on renowned-brand CNC lathes, enabling a wide range of projects: from small bushings and shafts, through steel and aluminum components, to cast-iron parts. At every stage we perform quality control so you can be sure the final part meets all technical requirements.
Why choose our CNC turning?
- Precision & repeatability — hundredths of a millimeter make the difference
- Modern CNC lathes — reputable brands, stable processes
- Broad material range — steel, aluminum, plastics, and cast iron
- Quality control — at every step of production
- Flexibility — from prototypes to series production
And what about lead times?
We don’t play “tug of war with time”. Our schedule is simple: we agree on a realistic deadline and meet it. That way your parts arrive when you need them — with no unnecessary delays.
FAQ – most common questions about CNC turning
Straight to the point: files, materials, lead times, and orders.
What file formats do you accept for quotations?
Preferably PDF/DXF/DWG (2D drawings) and STEP/IGES (3D models).
Please also include material, quantity (prototype or series), and required tolerances.
Files can be uploaded directly through the form – we provide an “Attach file” field.
What are the typical lead times?
Usually from a few days up to 2–3 weeks — depending on complexity and batch size.
We stick to realistic deadlines and keep the schedule on track — no endless waiting.
What materials do you machine?
Structural and stainless steel, aluminum, engineering plastics, and cast iron.
We adjust tooling and machining parameters to achieve the required tolerance and surface finish.
Do you handle prototypes and production runs?
Yes — from single prototypes to full-scale series production.
We carry out quality checks at every stage — from tool setup, through in-process measurements, to final inspection.
