CNC Milling

CNC Milling – precision that makes a difference

In today’s world, where “by eye” is no longer enough, CNC milling steps in. Our machines do what human hands could never achieve – cutting, drilling, and shaping with accuracy down to hundredths of a millimeter.

We work with renowned CNC milling machines that allow us to produce both small, precise components and larger structural parts. The working area of our machines provides huge possibilities, while repeatability of results is our standard – like true “copy-paste” quality.

Why choose our CNC milling?

  • CNC precision – hundredths of a millimeter are our everyday standard
  • Modern machine park – renowned brands, proven reliability
  • Wide range of materials – aluminum, steel, plastics, and cast iron
  • From prototypes to serial production – always the same high quality
  • Technical support – we’ll advise how to optimize your project

And what about deadlines?

We don’t like when things “drag on forever”. That’s why we focus on realistic deadlines and fast delivery – because your project can’t wait.

FAQ – most common questions about CNC milling

Key answers: accuracy, materials, files, and lead times.

What machining accuracy do you achieve in CNC milling?
Our standard tolerances are ±0.02 mm. If your project needs tighter specs, we’ll agree on them individually.
What materials do you mill?
Steel, aluminum, brass, plastics, as well as cast iron components. We select milling strategies and tooling to match your requirements.
What files should I send for a quote?
Ideally STEP/IGES (3D) or DXF/DWG/PDF (2D). Please include material, quantity, and required tolerances.
What is the usual lead time?
Typically from a few days up to 2–3 weeks — depending on complexity and batch size. We provide realistic timelines so you know exactly what to expect.
